Restaurant booking links

Turn discovery into a direct reservation.

Use one Revue.day booking link on Google, Instagram, Facebook, your restaurant website and printed QR codes. Every booking arrives in the same live service list.

Start with the route you control

Your direct booking link works across every major profile.

Each Revue.day restaurant receives a public booking page as well as an embeddable widget. The direct URL is the simplest route for profiles, messages, QR codes and places where a full widget cannot be embedded. Channel tags can be added to the link so the restaurant can distinguish traffic from Google, Instagram, Facebook and its own website.

Always test the public link on a mobile phone while signed out of the portal. Check the restaurant name, colours, availability, confirmation message and email delivery before adding the link to a high-traffic profile.

Add a restaurant reservation link to Google Search and Maps.

  1. Sign in to the Google account that manages the restaurant's Business Profile.
  2. Open the Business Profile in Google Search or Maps.
  3. Choose Booking, or edit the relevant reservation link within the profile.
  4. Add the Revue.day direct booking URL and set it as the preferred link when appropriate.
  5. Save, then test the public button from Search and Maps.

Google's official Business Profile guidance allows reservation links to be added directly. This is different from Reserve with Google, where the complete booking flow can appear inside Google.

Native Reserve with Google requires Revue.day to join Google's Actions Center as an approved scheduling or dining partner, provide merchant and availability feeds, pass integration testing and maintain the required operational standards. That partner integration is a realistic future product route, but it is not the same as adding a direct booking link today.

Use the booking link on Instagram.

The dependable option for every restaurant is to add the Revue.day URL to the links section of the Instagram professional profile, then use the same link in stories and relevant posts. A short label such as “Book a table” is clearer than displaying the full URL.

Instagram also offers native Book now and Reserve action buttons, but Meta limits those buttons to supported booking partners and countries. Revue.day would need acceptance as an action-button partner before restaurants could select it natively. Meta's Instagram action-button guidance explains this partner restriction.

Add the link to a Facebook Page.

Restaurants with Facebook Page access can add or edit the Page action button and follow the available on-screen options. Where Facebook allows a website destination, use the Revue.day direct booking URL. The booking link can also be kept in the Page website field and pinned in a booking post.

Button options vary by Page type and Meta's current product availability. Follow Meta's official Page action-button instructions for the restaurant's account.

Website widgets and QR codes complete the route.

On the restaurant website, use the staged Revue.day widget so guests can see live availability without leaving the page. Compact, wide, thin and large layouts can be matched to the website's accent, background and text colours.

For menus, window signs, table talkers and printed campaigns, download the print-ready SVG QR code from the Revue.day widget settings. It includes a utm_source=menu_qr channel tag so visits can be separated from profile traffic. Keep enough white space around the code and test the final printed size before distribution.
